India’s Oswal Energies signs MoU with Deendayal Port Authority to advance green energy projects

Oswal Energies Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Deendayal Port Authority to develop facilities for Green Hydrogen, Green Methanol, Green Ammonia, and a 100 million litres per day (MLD) desalination plant. The collaboration aims to support India’s clean energy goals and its broader vision of achieving net-zero emissions. Under the agreement, Oswal Energies will lead the development of these key green energy and water sustainability projects.

MoU Signed During India Maritime Week 2025
The MoU was formally signed and exchanged during India Maritime Week 2025, a flagship event organized by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India, in Goregaon, Mumbai. The event brought together industry leaders and policymakers to advance maritime and energy sector collaborations aligned with national sustainability objectives.

Commitment to Sustainable Innovation
Speaking on the occasion, Ratan Bokadia, Managing Director of Oswal Energies Ltd., described the agreement as a significant step in the company’s evolution toward sustainable innovation.

The exchange of the MoU took place in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations. Representing Oswal Energies Ltd. were Mr. Dixit Bokadia, Director, and Mr. M. Suresh, Chief Strategic Officer.
