XCF Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: SAFX), a company focused on reducing aviation emissions through Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with private aviation platform Impact Jets, LLC. The partnership aims to accelerate the adoption of SAF across the private jet market, a sector increasingly focused on sustainability, according to the press release.
Under the agreement, Impact Jets plans to introduce a “Powered by XCF SAF” initiative, allowing its network of approximately 130 clients to participate in direct SAF purchasing through XCF. The company will handle fuel supply, logistics, and documentation, providing verified tracking to ensure transparency and measurable environmental impact for participating operators and customers.
Expanding Reach into the Private Aviation Market
This partnership provides XCF with access to a high-value customer segment and extends its reach beyond commercial airline partners. Private jet operators are often early adopters of advanced and reputation-enhancing technologies, positioning XCF to become a recognized leader in sustainable solutions for this segment.
As part of the collaboration, the “Powered by XCF SAF” brand will be prominently featured on Impact Jets’ digital platform, including the homepage and a dedicated educational hub focused on SAF. Both companies will jointly roll out promotional campaigns to raise awareness and encourage SAF use within the private aviation community.
Private Aviation: An Emerging Opportunity for SAF
The U.S. private aviation sector represents a growing market for sustainable fuel producers. In 2024, the country recorded over 3 million private flights, accounting for more than 40% of global private jet activity and consuming an estimated 2 billion gallons of jet fuel.
General aviation accounts for roughly 8% of total U.S. jet fuel consumption, or nearly 5.5 million gallons per day, highlighting a significant opportunity for SAF adoption. XCF Global aims to leverage this potential to drive broader decarbonization efforts across the industry.
Leadership Perspectives
Mihir Dange, Chief Executive Officer of XCF Global, said: “Private aviation is an emerging frontier for SAF demand—a premium segment with strong visibility and commercial potential. Partnering with Impact Jets allows us to extend our reach to customers who value both performance and purpose. We’re not just supplying cleaner fuel; we’re helping redefine private flight as a model of sustainability.”
Rodney Rigg, Chief Executive Officer of Impact Jets, added: “This collaboration enables us to offer verifiable, traceable SAF solutions that deliver tangible emissions reductions. Together with XCF, we aim to provide our members with a credible path to reduce their carbon footprint while maintaining the luxury and performance they expect.”
Next Steps
The MOU is non-binding and outlines a shared goal to accelerate SAF integration within private aviation. Implementation remains subject to due diligence, technical validation, and the completion of final agreements.
