Isle of Man-based air charter broker Sentient Signature has entered into a sustainability-focused partnership with Azzera, a Canadian firm specializing in environmental solutions for the aviation industry. The collaboration marks a major step in Sentient Signature’s commitment to achieving full carbon neutrality for all flights sold—regardless of aircraft type, distance flown, or routing.
Well-known for its tailored private aviation and luxury travel services, Sentient Signature is reinforcing its dedication to responsible travel at a time when environmental accountability is becoming a defining issue in the industry. Under the agreement, Azzera will oversee the carbon mitigation process on Sentient’s behalf, employing a mix of verified carbon credits and Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates (SAFc) to offset emissions effectively.
“Sustainability is no longer optional—it’s essential,” said Josh Risker, Director of Operations at Sentient Signature. “Our clients expect not only premium service but also responsible practices. This partnership with Azzera allows us to offer both, without compromise.”
The initiative aligns with global aviation targets to reach net-zero emissions by 2050 and sets a new benchmark for environmental responsibility within the private charter sector.
Puja Mahajan, CEO and founder of Azzera, praised the move, saying, “Sentient Signature is showing a level of commitment to sustainability rarely seen in the charter broker space. Their goal of making every flight carbon-neutral is ambitious, and we’re proud to support it with verified carbon credits and SAF solutions. Our science-based assessments will give passengers the assurance that their flights are contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.”
With this partnership, Sentient Signature not only enhances its sustainability credentials but also sends a strong signal to the wider industry about the role of private aviation in driving meaningful climate action.
