Elan Greentech Energies Limited has been recognised for “Commendable Performance” in the Engineering Services and Consultancy category at the 18th IEI Industry Excellence Award 2026, presented by the Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI).
The recognition was conferred during the IEI Industry & Education Excellence Summit & Awards 2026, held on September 19 at the SCOPE Convention Centre in New Delhi. IEI had positioned the 2026 awards as a platform to recognise organisations and institutions for achievements in engineering excellence, innovation, technology, leadership, sustainability and industrial performance.

IEI Industry Excellence Awards 2026
The 18th IEI Industry Excellence Awards formed part of a wider programme alongside the 5th IEI Engineering Education Excellence Awards 2026. The event brought together representatives from industry, engineering, academia, research and technology.
IEI described the awards as a national platform for recognising organisations demonstrating achievements across areas including innovation, engineering, technological advancement, sustainability, industrial growth and leadership.
The 2026 ceremony was held at the SCOPE Convention Centre on Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The programme also featured senior engineering and industry representatives, with General (Dr) Vijay Kumar Singh (Retd), Governor of Mizoram, identified by IEI as the Guest of Honour for the awards programme.
Other award recipients included Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), which received a Platinum Award at the 18th IEI Industry Excellence Awards. BEL said the award was presented by Governor Vijay Kumar Singh and Shalabh Goel, Managing Director of the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC).
