ENOC Group showcases aviation sustainability and innovation at Dubai Airshow 2025

At the 19th edition of the Dubai Airshow, ENOC Group, a prominent player in the global energy sector, is reaffirming its dedication to sustainability and technological advancement. As part of its ongoing efforts to support the energy industry’s shift toward a net-zero future, ENOC is supplying Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to aircraft operated by JETEX, a leading private aviation company, throughout the event.

In addition to this, ENOC is highlighting its latest clean energy innovations and collaborations at the Dubai Airports Sustainability Showcase, the first of its kind in the world. Hussain Sultan Lootah, Acting CEO of ENOC Group, emphasized the company’s focus on aligning its operations with the UAE’s national goals. “At ENOC, our commitment is to provide dependable, efficient, and forward-thinking energy solutions that resonate with national initiatives such as the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050 and the Dubai Green Mobility Strategy 2030,” he said. “Our involvement in the Dubai Airshow underscores our ongoing efforts to advance sustainable aviation, foster mobility innovations, and contribute to the future of the aerospace industry.”

ENOC’s contribution to the Airshow goes beyond the provision of SAF. The group’s partnership with JETEX aims to support the private aviation sector’s transition to greener alternatives, particularly by reducing carbon emissions through the use of low-emission fuels. JETEX, a globally recognized leader in private aviation, is aligning with ENOC in this venture as part of its broader environmental strategy, which includes cutting emissions, embracing recycling, and incorporating cutting-edge green technologies into its operations. “We are committed to lowering our carbon footprint and promoting sustainability across our global network. We are proud to be fueling our aircraft with sustainable aviation fuel at the Dubai Airshow,” said Adel Mardini, Founder & CEO of JETEX.

ENOC’s presence at the Dubai Airshow 2025 also highlights its ongoing work to support clean energy initiatives. A key element of the company’s efforts includes a partnership with Dubai Airports to transition airport ground operations from traditional fuels to biodiesel. A standout feature of ENOC’s exhibition is its Biofuel tanker, which serves as a visual representation of the Group’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions in logistics and infrastructure.

Additionally, ENOC is showcasing its green hydrogen fuelling station, located at Expo City Dubai, which powers the hydrogen-fueled COBUS airport bus. Since its inauguration in 2021, this innovative station—which integrates hydrogen, hydrocarbon, and electric energy sources—has set new benchmarks for the sustainable delivery of fuel and green energy applications in transportation.

By leading the charge in sustainable aviation and clean energy solutions, ENOC continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy and transportation in the UAE and beyond.
